Compensation Range:

$19.00 - $21.00

The Alamo Bar Crew are masters of mixology, delighting guests with craft cocktails, freshly poured draft beer (local and craft heavy), shakes, sodas, and other beverages ordered in the theater, while prioritizing safety. They are excellent multi-taskers, capable of working in fast-paced environments with a keen eye for detail and quality.

As individual contributors who value teamwork, our Bar Crew teammates give their best daily, understanding their role within the larger team to provide guests with an exceptional beverage experience.

OUR MISSION:

CORE ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Uphold standards of behavior based on the company's core values, code of conduct, and operational guidelines.
• Maintain the highest safety standards, following all protocols to keep teams and guests healthy; be knowledgeable about all Alamo policies and procedures.
• Prepare guest drink tickets based on approved operational processes, focusing on safety, quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Use tools such as jiggers, measures, spoons, shakers, and others required by Alamo protocols for all preparations.
• Communicate needs, concerns, and important points regularly with teammates and managers.
• Keep bar areas clean, organized, and maintained as needed.
• Support food and beverage delivery as required by business needs.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Experience in high-volume food production preferred but not required.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Active alcohol certification with the relevant state agency.
• Active food handler certification with the relevant state agency.
• Being a cinephile is a plus!

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and transport kegs weighing up to 130 lbs.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Capable of moving cautiously and operating in dimly lit or loud environments.
