Job description

The Crew Member works productively as part of the restaurant team and performs his or her job responsibilities to ensure all products are of high quality and customer satisfaction is achieved.

This position involves physical tasks such as lifting, squatting, and standing for extended periods. The manager will review essential job functions, which are fundamental activities conducted daily that impact the restaurant's success.

Crew Members will be scheduled based on Little Caesars' business needs; therefore, no hours are guaranteed.

1. Serve customers according to the Ten Customer Service Standards, the Five Priority Guidelines, the Remedy Process, and the Telephone and Front Counter procedures.
2. Prepare high-quality products consistently by following recipes, specifications, and procedures outlined in the CARDS materials, cashier certification program, and station job helpers.
3. Maintain a proper image as per the Little Caesars employee handbook and management directions.
4. Clean and organize work stations and other areas to uphold restaurant standards as outlined in the employee handbook.
5. Practice safety and security procedures as defined in the Employee Handbook and required by government agencies.
6. Adhere to Little Caesars policies, procedures, and standards of conduct as outlined in the Employee Handbook and as directed by management.

Requirements

1. Ability to lift up to 55 pounds.
2. Ability to push and pull up to 55 pounds.
3. Ability to squat or crouch to lift items from floor level.
4. Ability to twist the back up to 90 degrees left and right.
5. Ability to bend the back up to 90 degrees to lift objects from the floor.
6. Bilingual in English and Spanish.
