Qualifications

• Walks and stands throughout entire shift.
• Lifts and transports cocktail trays weighing up to 30 lbs.
• Pushes and pulls carts, racks and product weighing up to 100 lbs.
• Reads, speaks, writes and comprehends English.

Responsibilities

• Sets up trays, tray jacks, gloves, linens and other items for service.
• Prepares area for empty glassware and bottles.
• Removes glassware and bottles from event space and places in bussing location.
• Multi tasks servicing multiple rooms/halls at the same time.
• Stays in assigned service areas during service.
• Acts with a sense of urgency to meet guest and event needs.
