Responsibilities

• Set up trays, tray jacks, gloves, linens and related service items.
• Prepare designated area for glassware and bottles.
• Clear and transport used glassware to bussing area, including specialty glassware.
• Multi-task across multiple rooms or halls during events.
• Maintain assigned service areas and deliver exceptional service.
