Bally's Interactive in Rock Island, IL is seeking staff to uphold a superior guest service culture at the bar. The role involves enforcing alcohol policies, maintaining inventory levels, and keeping bars clean and stocked with bottled products.

You will handle bar equipment and POS systems, ensure safety and security of staff and guests, and stay informed about promotions, events, and gaming laws. Candidates must manage intoxicated guest situations professionally.

Responsabilités

• Develops, maintains a Service Culture that ensures the delivery of Superior internal/external guest service by all team members.
• Ensure alcohol is severed according to the company alcohol policy.
• Responsibilities include maintaining par levels related to inventory ordering and restocking as needed.
• Responsibilities include maintaining a clean and organized bar.
• Responsibilities include maintaining the liquor tree system, keg system and stocking all bars with bottled product.
• Responsibilities include ensuring the safety and security of team members and guests.
• Use daily maintenance of all bar equipment and POS systems.
• Other Duties as assigned.
• Ensures department adheres to all regulatory, departmental and company policies and procedures.
• Knowledge of all promotions and events.
• Knowledge of all bar equipment usage, Alcohol Beverage Control regulations, and gaming laws.
• Ability to professionally handle situations that may arise due to intoxicated guests.
• All other duties as assigned.

Target Salary:

• Target Salary Range $15.00
