Vintage on Race is seeking a motivated Bar Back / Busser / Server Assistant to join our team. You will help maintain a clean, organized dining area by clearing and resetting tables, stocking supplies, and assisting servers to deliver guest service.

Ideal candidates thrive in a fast-paced environment, handle multiple tasks, and show attention to detail. This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift up to 50 lb; teamwork and reliability are essential.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to lift up to 50 lb safely
• Previous knowledge of food service regulations preferred

Responsibilities

• Wipe tables or seats with dampened cloths or replace dirty linens
• Set tables with clean linens, condiments, or other supplies
• Scrape and stack dirty dishes and carry dishes and other tableware to kitchens for cleaning
• Perform serving, cleaning, or stocking duties in establishments, such as cafeterias or dining rooms, to facilitate customer service
• Stocking the bar with all essential supplies for the on-going daily operation
• Keeping the back of house in a clean and operating functional state, with strict inventory and stocking measures
• Attending immediately to any spills or customer hazards in common space
• ensuring the state of the store is properly maintained throughout your shift
• Assisting management in maintaining and improving store functionality
• Ability to lift objects up to 50lb safely
