What You’ll Need To Succeed As a Bartender

• Positive attitude – being a grump is no fun.

• Previous experience behind the bar in a high‑energy restaurant, hospitality or entertainment setting.

What You Will Do In The Role

• Greet Players with energy and personality; create a welcoming bar experience; upsell signature cocktails, shareable bites and game upgrades.
• Mix a variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages, keep the bar neat, stocked and ready to roll, and maintain cleaning and operations.
• Collaborate with other playmakers to deliver top‑notch service, ensuring every player feels a VIP.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards; keep the bar clean and compliant.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move items up to 50 lb; comfortable with lifting, bending, stooping and carrying.
• On your feet for most of the day; walking throughout the shift.
• Constant engagement in a variety of physical activities; a can‑do attitude.
• Endurance to keep up pace in a high‑volume environment.
• Must be at least the legal serving age and retain necessary certifications in responsible beverage service where required.
