Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare and stock bar and kitchen workstations before shifts.
• Maintain bar cleanliness and sanitation throughout shift.
• Restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, glassware, and ice.
• Refill ice bins, kegs, and beverage stations as needed.
• Collect, wash, and organize glassware, bar tools, and equipment.
• Bus tables and assist servers during peak hours.
• Assist bartenders with garnishes, supplies, and prep tasks.
• Receive deliveries and store items properly.
• Remove trash and recyclables; keep work areas clean.
