Job summary

Starfish Hospitality Group is seeking bar staff for our Scottsdale locations. This role focuses on stocking and replenishing the bar, preparing beverage components, and maintaining a welcoming guest experience in a fast-paced setting.

You will handle beer kegs and CO2 changes, wash glassware, keep inventory and safety records, and collaborate with the bar team to deliver excellent service. Must be flexible for nights, weekends, and holidays; physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds; training on

Qualifications

• Stock and replenish bar supplies, including alcohol, glassware, and ice.
• Prepare and organize beverage components such as mixes and garnishes.
• Position requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Safely transport heavy items like racks and beverage cases.
• Operate bar equipment (knives, blenders) and maintain cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Enhance guest experience by anticipating needs and maintaining bar service quality.
• Greet guests warmly and interact with them to ensure satisfaction.
• Handle difficult guest situations with tact and patience.
• Change beer kegs and CO2 tanks safely and efficiently.
• Wash and sanitize glassware per health standards.
