Sugarloaf Mountain Corporation is hiring a versatile hospitality team member to support both front-of-house and back-of-house operations. You will help maintain an upbeat atmosphere, perform dishwashing, bussing, and basic prep, and assist with cooking as needed.

In a fast-paced setting, you’ll handle POS transactions, take orders, and help ensure a seamless guest experience. This role suits someone reliable, energetic, and eager to work across roles in a lively restaurant environment.

Qualifications

• Prior restaurant or hospitality experience is helpful but not required.
• Quick learner who’s comfortable switching between different roles.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and energized by fast-paced environments.
• Able to lift 30–40 lbs and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.

Responsibilities

• Dishwashing and maintaining kitchen/FOH cleanlines.
• Running food and providing friendly, informed guest interaction.
• Assisting with cooking and basic prep as needed.
• Operating the POS, taking orders, and processing payments.
• Bussing tables and refreshing dining areas.
• Barback support such as restocking, managing ice, organizing supplies (no glassware duties).
• Helping maintain a clean, organized, welcoming vibe throughout the space.
• Communicating effectively with the team to keep service flowing smoothly.
