Twin Peaks Restaurants is hiring a Bar Back to clean and maintain the bar and its beverage program. You will work with the Twin Peaks Girls behind the bar and uphold high standards of pride and discipline.

The role requires proven Bar Back experience, adherence to uniform standards, and the ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality setting. Orientation and training completion are mandatory to start shifts at the location.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Ability to communicate in English and understand cleaning/sanitation procedures in a restaurant.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean, sanitized bar.
• Restock the bar and assist with opening/closing duties.
• Change kegs, check taps and appliances to ensure proper operation.
• Work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Keep bar stations organized and well-stocked.
• Assist with general bar housekeeping and maintenance as directed.
