Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Bar Back to support the bar team and ensure a clean, well-maintained bar and beverage program. You will work with the Twin Peaks team to uphold pride, standards, and discipline behind the bar.

Experience as a Bar Back and ability to follow hygienic protocols are essential. Training and orientation are required before shifts, and you will help with opening/closing duties and inventory throughout service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Ability to communicate in English.
• Ability to follow policies and sanitation standards.
• Willingness to attend training and orientation.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards and policies.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized bar area and related equipment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties, including stocking and cleaning.
• Ensure bar is stocked and taps/counter areas are in good repair.
