Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Bar Back to clean and maintain all aspects of the Twin Peaks bar and its beverage program. Each team member is defined by pride, extreme standards, and discipline when supporting the Twin Peaks bar alongside the Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar.

You will follow uniform rules, help with opening and closing duties, restock the bar, keep stations clean, and ensure safety and sanitation standards are met. English communication is required.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow policies.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean, sanitized bar.
• Restock the bar, open/close duties, and ensure bar is well stocked.
• Train using tablets or computer and operate in a fast-paced environment.
• Support safety, sanitation, and local regulations for beverage service.
