Job summary

Twin Peaks Restaurants is seeking a Bar Back to support the bar area and its unique beverage program. This role emphasizes pride, high standards, and discipline as you work alongside the Twin Peaks Girl behind the bar.

You will be responsible for maintaining a clean and stocked bar, following uniform guidelines, and upholding safety and sanitation standards. Training will be provided, and English communication is essential for following policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Must attend orientation and complete Twin Peaks training.
• Must complete any required local and state certifications for food and/or alcohol service.

Responsibilities

• Adhering to uniform standards.
• Adhering to policies and procedures that maintain a clean and sanitized bar.
• Maintain clean and organized stations and equipment.
• Ensure HOH Standards, Safety and Sanitation, and GHS requirements are followed at all times.
• Ability to work as a team.
• Train using tablets or computer.
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment.
• Any other duty/responsibility that management may deem necessary.
• Assisting with opening and closing duties including restocking the bar, cleaning, mopping.
