Qualifications

• Must have proven experience as a Bar Back.
• Ability to communicate in English and follow cleaning/sanitation policies.
• Must complete Twin Peaks orientation and required training prior to working a shift.
• Able to lift up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to uniform standards and maintain a clean, sanitized bar.
• Keep stations organized and ensure the bar is well stocked.
• Assist with opening/closing duties, restocking, cleaning, and mopping.
• Inspect taps, kegs, and appliances to ensure proper operation.
• Work as part of a fast-paced team and follow safety procedures.
