Hawksmoor Restaurants is opening its third US location in Boston’s Fort Point area. We’re seeking an experienced Bar Back to support the bar team and help ensure an exceptional guest experience.

You will prep ingredients, stock efficiently, and maintain a clean, organized bar environment while collaborating with bartenders and the broader team to deliver Hawksmoor’s renowned service standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume bar environment is preferred.
• Ability to prep ingredients and stock efficiently.
• Strong teamwork and communication within a fast-paced service.

Responsibilities

• Juice and prep ingredients to par levels for service.
• Follow recipes precisely to ensure consistency and quality.
• Maintain glassware, bar stations, and prep areas throughout service.
• Keep the back bar and bar top clean and organized.
• Support the bar team to deliver a seamless guest experience.
