Responsibilities

• Assist bartenders with restocking liquor, beer, wine, garnishes, and bar supplies.

• Ensure juices, syrups, and mixers are prepped for service.
• Set up and break down the bar before and after shifts.
• Support bartenders with guest requests and special items.
• Maintain knowledge of cocktail ingredients and bar procedures.
