Job summary

Schulte Hospitality Group in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Bar Back/Utility to support our fast-paced bar program. You will assist bartenders, stock, maintain sanitation, and ensure guest satisfaction.

We value teamwork, flexibility, and reliable service. This role offers opportunities for growth within SHG and a culture focused on hospitality and employee well-being. Experience in bars is appreciated, with training provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum of High School education.
• Minimum of one (1) year in bar back role.
• Alcohol awareness certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares food items needed in the preparation of drinks.
• Trash pickup and disposal at bar and bar service areas.
• Maintain health and sanitation standards.
• Review work procedures and operational problems in order to determine ways to improve service, performance and/or safety.
• Completes stocking, replenishing, cleaning, maintenance and preparation of bar.
• Perform various other duties as assigned.
