Punch Bowl Social in San Diego, CA is hiring part-time Barbacks to join a lively team focused on hospitality. You will protect our craft beverage program and help deliver authentic guest experiences with a high level of attention to detail.

Ideal candidates have experience in a high-volume restaurant or bar, bring a positive attitude, clear communication, and teamwork. Must be 21+ and available for flexible hours; training will cover beverage service.

• Creating authentic guest experiences with high attention to detail
• Delivering high quality food and beverage tailored to guest preferences
• Supporting bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, rotating kegs and service ware
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization across bars, stations, and storage areas
• Working closely with teammates to provide a high level of hospitality

But there are a few skills you should have from the get-go:

• Experience working in a high-volume restaurant/bar is ideal

What you'll be doing:

• Creating authentic, custom guest experiences through a high level of attention to detail and service
• Delivering high quality food and beverage that is geared toward the guest preferences because you are an expert in what we offer
• Supporting the bar team by juicing, stocking, prepping, rotating kegs, products and service ware that allow proper execution of the steps of service
• Maintaining a high level of cleanliness and organization in bars, service stations, storage areas, prep stations, and all other workstations assigned.
• Working side by side, with your fellow team members in support of providing a high level of hospitality

Paid Sick Leave is limited to 40 hours (5 days) for the year and maximum is 80 hours (10 days).
