Job summary

Topgolf is seeking a bar staff member at our Renton venue to ensure the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies, while maintaining cleanliness and organization. Duties include assisting guests, handling busy periods, and upholding safety and sanitation standards.

The role emphasizes teamwork, attention to detail, and excellent communication in a fast-paced environment. Legal drinking age compliance is required where applicable.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.

• Keep bar area stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods.

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing guest needs and requests.

Job description

Ensure that the bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and other supplies. Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils. Collect empty glasses and bottles and return them to the appropriate areas for cleaning. Restock ice and other supplies during busy periods. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area. Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests. Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.

Renton venue hourly pay rate: $21.57 Position Pay Range
