Job description

Reports To: Beverage Manager, Outlets Supervisor, Bartenders

Scope

Stocks outlet bars in a prompt and courteous fashion while maintaining a high level of quality and consistency to ensure Securing alcohol products, cleanliness of bar area and guest satisfactions.

Primary Responsibilities

• Communicate with each bartender to completely stock the bars with fruit, juices, beer, wine, liquor, mixes and supplies.
• Prepares frozen mixes and fill frozen drink machines.
• Maintain a clean and organized storage area. (All walk-in beer coolers, Keg walk-in, Liquor room)
• Verifies liquor inventory; correctly completes all requisition requirements and stores stock as per approved procedures.
• Maintain all beverages in a secured location (locked coolers, and storage rooms).
• Clean all bars at end of shift and remove trash.
• Wear approved uniform properly.

Qualifications

Education/Experience: Basic reading, writing and math skills and basic knowledge of the bartender’s duties.

Skills: Customer service attitude & Interpersonal communications.
