Overview

Bar Backs are responsible for the stocking, maintenance, and cleanliness of beverage stations, bars, lounges, and equipment in accordance with company standards.

Responsibilities

1. Provides and replenishes beverage stock and supplies.
2. Prepares necessary drink garnishes.
3. Cleans beverage service areas.
4. Receives and maintains records of beverage stores and supplies.
5. Provides outstanding guest service on a continual basis.
6. Participates with co-workers to ensure an efficient operation.
7. Works in a clean, sanitary, safe, and organized manner, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
8. Replenishes ice as needed.
9. Sweeps and mops beverage service areas when necessary to enhance safety.
10. Assists beverage servers and bartenders as needed.
11. Performs duties as requested by management.
12. Other duties may be assigned.

Qualifications

Education and/or Experience: No experience required.

• Must be at least 21 years old.

Pay range: $16.50 - $20.80 per hour

*Shift Differential: Non-Exempt employees will receive a $1.00 per hour shift differential for any hours worked between 10:00 pm and 6:00 am.

This is not a smoke-free workplace. Although we employ state-of-the-art air filtration systems, cigarette smoke is present in the work environment.
