Job summary

Topgolf International is seeking a motivated bar associate to keep the bar fully stocked and well organized. You will clean equipment and glassware, restock ice and supplies, and ensure prompt, friendly service to guests in a fast-paced environment.

Attention to detail and teamwork are essential as you maintain bar standards and safety protocols while supporting delicious guest experiences at Topgolf.

Qualifications

• Experience working in a bar or similar setting preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-energy environment.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure bar area is well-stocked with liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies.
• Clean and maintain bar equipment, glassware, and utensils.
• Collect empties and return to cleaning areas.
• Restock ice and supplies during busy periods.
• Assist in maintaining a clean and organized bar area.
• Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing guest needs and requests.
• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
