Job summary

Topgolf Jacksonville is seeking a capable team leader to guide department members toward meeting performance targets and delivering high-quality service.

You will monitor performance, coach staff, collaborate with other departments, handle guest concerns, and promote a positive culture while ensuring safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team to achieve goals.
• Proficiency in relevant software and tools.
• Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and best practices.
• Availabilit(y) to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to stand and walk for long periods including stairs.
