Job summary

Topgolf is seeking an experienced bartender to prepare and serve a wide range of beverages for guests. You will interact warmly with customers, handle drink orders, maintain a clean bar area, and ensure responsible service in compliance with laws.

You’ll also garnish drinks and work with the team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Candidates should have proven bartending experience, extensive mixology knowledge, and be proficient with POS systems.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment.
• Extensive knowledge of drinks recipes and mixology techniques.
• Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).

• Adhere to safety and sanitation standards at all times.
• Handle cash and process payments accurately.
• Collaborate with the bar team and other staff members to provide exceptional service.

Critical Skills & Experience Requirements

Proven experience as a bartender in a similar environment. Extensive knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Ability to handle cash and operate a point-of-sale system. Must be at least the legal drinking age in the jurisdiction of employment. Certification in responsible beverage service (where required by law).
