Job summary

Chart House is seeking a professional bartender to deliver prompt, friendly service in a high-volume Las Vegas bar. You will mix and serve drinks, upsell menu items, and maintain a clean, stocked bar area in accordance with Pivot Point standards.

You will greet guests quickly, handle to-go orders, operate the POS system, and uphold health and safety regulations while representing the brand with kindness and reliability.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years or older.
• Health, Alcohol and Non Gaming Sheriff Cards required.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations to avoid minors or intoxicated service.
• Minimum one-year of high-volume restaurant bartending experience.
• Strong people skills and professional appearance.
• Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Completion of Bartenders Local 165 Apprenticeship Program and craft exam.
• Capable of carrying heavy trays.
• Knowledge of wine by the glass and major wines.
• Familiar with glassware, garnishes, and drink preparation.
• Strong service etiquette and tech-savvy.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, prompt service and engage guests to deliver superior hospitality.
• Greet bar guests within 30 seconds and acknowledge orders within 60 seconds.
• Maintain bar area cleanliness and restock as PAR level.
• Operate POS system and handle cash accurately.
• Suggest featured items and upsell using Chart House salesmanship.
• Take and deliver to-go orders and ensure timely service.
• Collaborate with team to ensure high guest satisfaction.
• Adhere to Chart House Pivot Point standards and health regulations.
• Balance cash bank at shift end.
