Job summary

Golden Nugget Las Vegas, a premier resort, seeks a professional Bartender to deliver prompt, friendly service at the Chart House bar. You will mix and serve drinks, upsell menu items, and maintain bar cleanliness and stock levels.

The role requires 21+ with valid health and alcohol cards, at least one year in a high-volume restaurant, and strong guest relations. You will operate the POS, balance cash, and adhere to safety and company standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 21 and valid health/alcohol service cards.
• One year of high-volume restaurant experience.
• Knowledge of state liquor regulations and responsible service.
• Completion of Bartenders Local 165 Apprenticeship and craft exam.
• Ability to carry heavy trays and maintain bar cleanliness.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests promptly and provide friendly bar service.

• Operate the POS system and balance cash at shift end.
• Maintain bar stock, par levels, and cleanliness.
• Upsell featured items and maintain professional service standards.
