Job Description

To ensure that all food and beverage service for functions in the banquet department of the hotel are served on time.

Responsibilities

1. Perform all Banquet side work as designated by the Banquet Captain.
2. Efficiently and properly perform all service standards.
3. Attend to all needs of the guests during functions and function related duties.
4. Report to Banquet Captain/Manager any need for housekeeping and/or repairs of banquet equipment.
5. Assist in the upkeep and organization of all liquor liability laws.
6. Must be familiar with and adhere to all liquor liability laws.
7. Must attend all designated pre-meal meetings.

Qualifications

1. Prior serving experience preferred.
2. Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
3. Must provide excellent service to internal and external customers.
4. Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
5. Must be available to work flexible hours to include nights, weekends, and holidays.
