Hard Rock Hotel & Casino Bristol is seeking a Food Runner for Plum Lounge. This part-time role requires delivering food and guest supplies with a friendly, upbeat demeanor and attention to safety and sanitation.

You will describe each dish with two notable ingredients, assist with beverages, and help maintain table settings while providing outstanding guest service in a fast-paced environment. Must be 21+, able to work holidays and weekends, and pass background and drug screenings.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain all licenses/certifications per Federal, State, and Virginia Lottery.
• Must successfully pass background check.
• Must successfully pass drug screening.
• Must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age.
• Must have and maintain a valid food handlers certification.

Responsibilities

• Deliver food and guest supplies to guests in a pleasant, upbeat and efficient fashion.
• Run food from expo to table, pre-bussing, clearing and resetting tables.
• Describe briefly each dish as it is served, stating the name and two notable ingredients.
• Provide superior guest service and handle difficult guests while maintaining professionalism.
