Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in hospitality management or business administration; 5–10 years of related F&B management experience; minimum 2 years of management experience (GM Banquets or Director level preferred).

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct all Banquets operations including Hard Rock LIVE and concessions.
• Supervise payroll, schedules, Banquet Event Orders, and reporting.
• Hires, trains, coaches, and evaluates staff; ensures staffing levels.
