Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old to serve alcohol.
• Minimum 2 years experience as a Restaurant Supervisor or Manager.
• Certification in alcoholic awareness program.
• Able to communicate clearly with guests, management and co-workers.
• Proficient in basic math and legible communication.
• Certification of previous training in liquor, wine and food service.
• Computer training in Word, Excel.
• Must possess strong Leadership qualities.
• Ability to understand guests' service needs and manage busy periods.
• Team player who can work with co-workers.

Responsibilities

• Train and motivate In-Room Dining staff to high service standards.
• Fill in for management when needed and set the tone.
• Enforce Forbes Travel Guide standards and Eau's values.
• Ensure PM shift service runs smoothly, including weekends and holidays.
• Input orders and coordinate with kitchen and service teams.
