Qualifications

• Bartending experience in hotel/banquet/restaurant or event environment.
• Strong knowledge of beverage preparation including cocktails, beer, wine, champagne, and non-alcoholic options.
• Possess or be able to obtain the required alcohol service certification and follow responsible beverage service practices.
• Clear and confident communication with guests and colleagues in a fast-paced, high-volume setting.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet bars according to event specifications and company standards.
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently, accurately, and with exceptional guest service.
• Ensure responsible alcohol service by verifying guest age and adhering to regulations and company policies.
• Maintain clean, organized, and fully stocked bar operations throughout events while monitoring inventory levels.
• Partner with banquet servers, captains, and management to ensure seamless event execution.
• Complete opening and closing duties, including inventory, reporting, sanitation, and securing beverage storage areas.
