Job summary

Levy at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center in Boston is seeking a Banquet Support Supervisor to lead daily banquet and in-house catering operations. You will collaborate with sales and culinary teams to execute events, manage facilities and inventory, and deliver guest experiences aligned with Levy standards.

Ideal candidates will have strong communication, organizational abilities, and a passion for hospitality, with flexibility to work extended hours and physical shifts.

Position: Banquet Support Supervisor, Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center

Founded in Chicago 40 years ago as a Delicatessen, Levy now finds itself as a leading presence in the Food, Beverage, and Retail industry across 200 plus Entertainment, Sports, and Restaurant venues across the country.

Responsible for managing daily banquet and in-house catering operations at the Thomas M. Menino Convention and Exhibition Center. This role partners with sales and culinary teams to execute events, maintain facilities and inventory, and deliver exceptional guest experiences aligned with Levy standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations

• Execute events, menus, and guest requests with strong attention to detail
