Job summary

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club, Inc. seeks an experienced Banquet Supervisor to lead setup, service and breakdown for weddings, private parties, and corporate events.

You’ll oversee the banquet server team and collaborate with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver a polished guest experience. This role requires hands-on supervision, strong leadership, and the ability to read and execute BEOs, with flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Banquet/catering experience; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to direct staff under pressure.
• Ability to read and execute BEOs accurately.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk/lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods.
• ServSafe or equivalent preferred.

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club, a Platinum Club of America with three championship courses across two Jupiter properties, is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to lead setup, service, and breakdown for our weddings, private parties, and corporate events. You'll oversee our banquet server team and keep every event running smoothly, working closely with our Food & Beverage leadership to deliver a consistently polished guest experience.
