Job summary

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club, a Platinum Club of America, is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to lead setup, service, and breakdown for weddings, private parties, and corporate events at our Jupiter properties.

You will supervise the banquet server team, coordinate with F&B leadership, and ensure a polished guest experience by reading BEOs, training staff, and maintaining service quality during high-volume events.

Qualifications

• Banquet/catering experience with supervisory background.
• Strong leadership and ability to direct staff under pressure.
• Ability to read and execute BEOs accurately.
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club, a Platinum Club of America with three championship courses across two Jupiter properties, is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to lead setup, service, and breakdown for our weddings, private parties, and corporate events. You'll oversee our banquet server team and keep every event running smoothly, working closely with our Food & Beverage leadership to deliver a consistently polished guest experience.

What You'll Do

• Supervise banquet staff through setup, service, and breakdown
• Review BEOs and communicate event details to the team
• Train and schedule banquet servers
• Oversee room setup (tables, linens, place settings, AV)
• Coordinate with kitchen, bar, and event planning teams
• Monitor service quality and resolve issues in real time
• Manage banquet equipment/supply inventory
• Jump into service during high-volume events

What We're Looking For

• Banquet/catering experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to direct staff under pressure
• Ability to read and execute BEOs accurately
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk/lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
• ServSafe or equivalent preferred
