Job summary

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to lead setup, service, and breakdown for weddings, private parties, and corporate events. You will oversee the banquet server team and work closely with Food & Beverage leadership to deliver a polished guest experience.

You will supervise banquet staff, review BEOs, train servers, and coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth events. Flexibility for evenings and weekends is essential.

Qualifications

• Banquet/catering experience required.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Ability to read and execute BEOs accurately.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to stand/walk and lift up to 40 lbs.
• ServSafe or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise banquet staff through setup, service, and breakdown.

Jonathan's Landing Golf Club, a Platinum Club of America with three championship courses across two Jupiter properties, is seeking an experienced Banquet Supervisor to lead setup, service, and breakdown for our weddings, private parties, and corporate events. You'll oversee our banquet server team and keep every event running smoothly, working closely with our Food & Beverage leadership to deliver a consistently polished guest experience.

• Banquet/catering experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Strong leadership skills and ability to direct staff under pressure
• Ability to read and execute BEOs accurately
• Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to stand/walk/lift up to 40 lbs for extended periods
• ServSafe or equivalent preferred
