Job summary

GF Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Banquets Supervisor to lead our banquet team and execute flawless events. You will oversee event setup, service, and coordination with culinary and events staff, while coaching team members and maintaining high guest satisfaction.

This hands-on role requires flexibility and strong leadership in a fast-paced hospitality environment. Compensation ranges from $22 to $24 per hour, with opportunities for growth within our Atlanta-area properties.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of banquet experience at captain/senior server level.
• Hotel banquet experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, organization and problem solving.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and passion for hospitality.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Food Handler Certificate required or ability to obtain.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and POS systems.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the kitchen to ensure timely and seamless meal service.

• Help resolve issues and keep events running smoothly.
