Responsibilities

• The Stewarding Supervisor is primarily responsible for assisting to supervise a team of Steward Colleagues who are responsible for banquet back up, supplying china, silverware, glassware and other food/beverage vessels; stocking and pushing hot boxes; dishwashing from all kitchen areas and overall cleanliness of Kitchen and Food & Beverage areas of the hotel.
