Job summary

Beverly Wilshire, a Four Seasons Hotel, is seeking a part-time Banquet Steward in Beverly Hills. You will be responsible for cleaning, maintaining, and sanitizing china, glass, silver, and kitchen equipment, and ensuring setup for banquet functions meets our standards of quality.

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury, fast-paced environment preferred.
• Work authorization for Beverly Hills location is required.

Responsibilities

• Clean and sanitize china, glass, and silver using the dishwashing machine and store properly.
• Clean and sanitize ovens, steam kettles, mixers, and other kitchen equipment as well as floors, sinks and walls.
• Set up, clean, and use the silver burnishing machine to polish and transport silver as scheduled.
