Qualifications

• Ability to communicate with Supervisor and Department Manager.
• Ability to work in a fast paced, physically demanding environment.
• Maintain a professional business appearance, attitude, and performance.
• Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Team oriented with a positive, professional attitude.
• Ability to operate dish washing equipment.

Responsibilities

• Clean all kitchens and food and beverage equipment.
• Knowledge of dishwasher operation and maintenance.
• Clean pots, pans and all cookware utensils.
• Assist chefs and banquet staff by providing clean tools.
• Support banquet and restaurant operations.
