Qualifications

• Strength to lift, push, and pull big objects up to 50lbs which may involve bending and kneeling.
• Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide Heart of House support to Banquet department areas.
• Clean and maintain banquet supplies and utensils.
• Organize and clean back of the house storage rooms.
• Transport dirty china and silverware during banquet events.
• Assist Banquet Captains with transporting food.

Skills

Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50lbs

Basic reading, writing, and math skills

Strong communication skills
