Job summary

JDM Golf is seeking motivated Banquet Staff to support events at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club from September 2026 through May 2027. This as-needed role requires reliability, positive attitude, and strong customer service.

You will help set up banquet spaces, serve guests, and assist with post-event cleanup, ensuring a smooth and memorable experience. Shifts run weekdays and weekends, with flexibility to cover events as needed.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or GED.
• Willingness to work at least 1 to 4 shifts every 2 weeks from Sept 2026 to May 2027.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

• Set up and break down banquet spaces for events.
• Serve food and beverages with a focus on quality and presentation.
• Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in all service areas.
• Collaborate with management, kitchen staff and event coordinators.
• Provide attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Follow safety and personal hygiene guidelines, reporting issues as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and friendly Banquet Staff to join our team on an as-needed basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly, providing top-notch service to our guests. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK AT LEAST ONE TO FOUR SHIFTS EVERY 2 WEEKS FROM SEPTEMBER 2026 TO MAY 2027.

Duties and Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Food Handler’s Card and Liquor License.
• Previous experience in food service or catering is preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Must be at least 19 years old.

There is extensive repetitive motion in using hands/wrists.

Work Environment

This position primarily works both indoors and outdoors. At times, extreme temperatures may be part of the environment. Work requires exposure to temperatures sufficiently high to cause bodily discomfort. The noise level is usually moderate. Schedules vary and may include weekends, holidays, etc. as determined by business needs.

Category I: Position engages in activities that with a high risk of coming into direct contact with blood and body fluids for which specific precautions must be taken. This position has been identified as Category I as it is most likely to attend to kitchen burns, accidents, or injuries.
