JDM Golf is seeking motivated Banquet Staff to join the Adobe Bar & Grille team at the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club. This role supports events on an as-needed basis with full availability for shifts during days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

Must be willing to work September 2026 to May 2027; vacation benefits apply after June 2027. You'll set up banquet spaces, serve food and beverages with care, keep areas tidy, and collaborate with management, kitchen staff and event coordinators to ensure

Qualifications

High School or GED required.
Valid Food Handler’s Card and Liquor License required.
Experience in food service or catering preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills essential.
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Must be at least 19 years old.

Responsibilities

Set up and break down banquet spaces for events.
Serve food and beverages with focus on quality and presentation.
Clear tables and assist with post-event cleanup.
Maintain cleanliness and organization in service areas.
Collaborate with management, kitchen staff and event coordinators.
Provide attentive service to ensure guest satisfaction.
Follow safety guidelines and personal hygiene standards.
Performs other duties as assigned.

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and friendly Banquet Staff to join our team on an as-needed basis. You will play a key role in ensuring our events run smoothly, providing top-notch service to our guests. MUST BE WILLING TO WORK FULL-TIME SCHEDULE FROM SEPTEMBER 2026 TO MAY 2027 - OPEN AVAILABILITY FOR SHIFTS INCLUDING DAYS, NIGHTS, WEEKENDS, AND HOLIDAYS. VACATION BENEFIT CANNOT BE USED UNTIL JUNE 2027.

Duties and Responsibilities

Work Environment

This position primarily works both indoors and outdoors. At times, extreme temperatures may be part of the environment.

Work requires exposure to temperatures sufficiently high to cause bodily discomfort. The noise level is usually moderate.

Schedules vary and may include weekends, holidays, etc. as determined by business needs.

OSHA Category

Category I: Position engages in activities that with a high risk of coming into direct contact with blood and body fluids for which specific precautions must be taken. This position has been identified as Category I as it is most likely to attend to kitchen burns, accidents, or injuries.
