Job summary

Redwood Area Chamber Ag in Minnesota is seeking a banquet service teammate responsible for guest accommodations, table settings, and smooth dining area operations.

You will provide courteous service, monitor supplies, manage liquor stock, and assist with kitchen duties as needed while maintaining a neat appearance and friendly demeanor.

This role requires the ability to work nights, weekends and holidays and to read floor plans and follow directions with minimal supervision.

Job description

• Assume responsibility for guest accommodations in banquet dining areas. Set tables according to specifications. Monitor and attend to all supplies, including clean-up and storage. Interact with guests and staff members in a warm, friendly, outgoing and energetic manner.


• Provide prompt, courteous service to guests and servers. Ensure all bars are adequately stocked with beer, liquor, juices, etc. Monitor liquor system, refilling empty bottles as needed. Keep work area, liquor room and beer cooler neat and organized. Keep work area well-stocked. Prepare for service as appropriate (e.g. cut fruit, wash dishes, etc.). Provide information to guests in a courteous manner. Follow policies and procedures pertaining to bookwork and money handling. Maintain a neat, professional appearance. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
