Job summary

White Lodging Services, Inc. seeks a direct support Chef to oversee daily food preparation for hotel culinary outlets and to assist the Executive Chef in managing kitchen operations at Marriott Austin Downtown.

The role requires leadership in delivering high quality, fresh ingredients and coordinating with service and F&B teams. You will mentor culinary staff, participate in menu creation and implementation, and help ensure strict adherence to food safety, portion control, and budget targets

Qualifications

• Associates of Culinary Arts or Business Administrative required/preferred.
• Experience in kitchen operations and food prep supervision appreciated.
• Familiarity with health and safety standards is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily food preparation in assigned F&B areas.
• Supervise kitchen staff and coordinate with the Executive Chef.
• Support menu development, budgeting, and inventory management.
