Job summary

EOS Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Houseperson on Hilton Head Island to ensure events run with precision. You will set up and tear down rooms according to the Banquet Event Order (BEO) and handle equipment, linens, and supplies with care.

Responsibilities include cleaning spaces, assisting banquet staff, and delivering excellent customer service during functions. Must follow safety guidelines and be available on weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• Current Food Handler’s certification or able to obtain it within six months of employment.

Responsibilities

• Set up and tear down meeting and event rooms per the BEO.
• Care for, move, and store equipment (tables, risers, dance floors, lecterns, linen, etc.).
• Clean meeting and event rooms before and after events.
• Provide excellent customer service during functions.
• Straighten chairs, clear dishes and glassware, change soiled linens, empty trash, restock supplies.
• Collaborate with banquet staff to ensure smooth operations meeting high service standards.
• Adhere to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines; follow restaurant policies.
• Be available to work weekends and holidays.
