Job summary

The Hilton North Scottsdale at Cavasson is seeking a Banquet Set-Up Associate to join our team. This role services meetings and social functions, setting up, maintaining, and tearing down spaces in a timely manner.

Responsibilities include following BEO diagrams, maintaining clean storage, assisting with layouts for future events, and providing guest service according to high standards. On-site with a collaborative team in Arizona.

Responsibilities

• Follow the daily set-up pack, BEO, and diagrams to set up meetings and functions per contract.
• Dispose of trash, vacuum, dust, and move equipment as needed.
• Keep storage spaces clean, organized, and secure daily; ensure safe pathways.
• Monitor spaces to remain secure, clean, and tour-ready; store supplies properly.
• Report damaged equipment to management for timely repair.
• Greet guests and assist with service using good guest relations.
• Assist sales and planning offices with set-up layouts for future meetings.
• Support other departments and complete all other requests.
