Job summary

Four Seasons Maui is seeking a Banquet House Attendant to assist with set-up, service and break-down for banquet events. The role requires physical activity and attention to detail, with a part-time schedule that includes evenings, weekends, and public holidays.

The position offers an hourly pay rate of $24.75 and a comprehensive benefits package. Applicants must have at least one year of food service experience and a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year food service or related work.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions regarding room set-up.
• Valid Driver’s License and clean driving abstract.

Responsibilities

• Set-up, breakdown, and clean tables, chairs, buffets, skirting, and props as specified by the banquet event order.
• Stock linen, china, silver and glassware and supplies for service ensuring that in good condition.
• Maintain cleanliness and condition of all banquet function space according to maintenance programs and plans.
