You will maintain cleanliness, handle equipment, ensure sanitation, and respond to guest needs, with open availability for early mornings, late evenings, weekends and holidays.

This role supports the Banquet Captain and managers, contributing to flawless event presentation

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate physical stamina and ability to lift and move equipment.
• Ability to provide courteous guest service during event setup and teardown.
• Comfort working in a fast-paced banquet environment with a team.

Responsabilités

• Set up function rooms, coffee breaks, buffets, and bars per the BEO.
• Perform timely breakdowns and resets and ensure rooms are clean after events.
• Utilize knowledge of equipment and setup styles for meeting rooms.
• Maintain superior sanitation and presentation of rooms and utensils.
• Respond to guest needs and coordinate with banquet staff for smooth events.
