Hyatt Hotels Corporation is seeking an Event Set-up staff member to prepare and break down meeting spaces, arrange tables, chairs and water, and ensure all spaces meet client specifications. The role requires good communication, the ability to lift moderate weight, knowledge of room layouts, and alertness in a fast-paced environment to support guests and events.

The position emphasizes teamwork, attentiveness to details, and adherence to safety procedures to maintain exceptional service

Responsabilités

• Maintain complete knowledge of scheduled daily activities and in-house groups, daily house count, hours of operation of each outlet.
• Maintain complete knowledge of all menu items, specials, 86'd items, liquor brands beers and non-alcoholic selections available
• Communicate effectively with other staff members.
• complete knowledge of proper table set-ups, room capacity
• Promote positive work relationships in a team environment and with all departments.
• Ensure security and confidentiality of associate and hotel information.
• Advocate and display work habits that promote accident prevention.
• Follow and ensure proper application of emergency procedures.
